Hey Dave, hope you mind, I got inspired after hearing your latest update and put together this nice little pic for you. I think you should grow out the hair.
Weird… that song was totally in my head when riding the last week…. but my brain was trying to avoid making the lyrics Eleven to One, baby…. One in Eleven….
Dammit.

Two things that have nothing to do with Jim Morrison:
A white Mustang getting on the freeway in front of me in San Francisco 2 days ago had a “powered by Deez nuts” sticker in the back window. I wanted to pull up beside the guy and point to my nuts and give him the thumbs up, but he was going a different way than me so it didn’t work out.
Do you see yourself as following in Bob Roll’s footsteps? What would Bob Roll and DZ doing commentary on Paris-Roubaix sound like?
There once was a man named Zabriskie
His escape from the peloton was risky
They said he would fade
But in front’s where he stayed
Then he toasted the win with some whiskey.
Is there a competition between you and Vande Velde’s video blog? Hard to decide: He’s not as funny but he has Voigt in the bath tube… Maybe the three of you should start something together!
I tried to find Christians’ blog, but i didn’t succeed. Could you pleasse give the link to this site?? Jens Voigt in the bath tube *yeah*. No way to find it here.
I think it would be very funny to put together DZ, Christian and Jens in a blog. In Germany Jens is a star, Especially after that fuentes-scandal. Jens is always positive. He’s laughing most of the time, he always says what he’s thinking about. And as being the official speaker of the cyclists in UCI he is talking about themes he took worth speaking for. Even if other riders don’t like it.
Today it looks like he’ll winning “d-tour”. I’ll be very happy about it.
And DZ: Everybody in Germany who’s interesting in cycling, knows his name. But as I learned in Düssseldorf at the prologue, no one can put his name to a face. There where a lot of people, seeing him and asking: “Who’s that?”
They looked very strange when I said that this guy is Dave Zabriskie!
Let’s see you pull another rabbit out of your ass at Worlds, but you will need to shave your face if you want to gain that maximum aero affect; doesn’t CSC have some sort of “dress” code?
